Job summary

GH Premier Review Center Inc. seeks an experienced professional to oversee healthcare immigration cases for U.S.-bound professionals, from initial assessment to deployment readiness.

You will manage multiple cases, coordinate petition filing, visa, credentialing, and pre-deployment steps while maintaining strict confidentiality and documentation standards. Night-shift and onsite work may be required in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare immigration, U.S. healthcare staffing, international recruitment, case management, or deployment.
• Hands-on experience handling U.S.-bound healthcare professionals, particularly nurses or allied health professionals.
• Familiarity with petition, visa, credentialing, licensing, and pre-deployment processes.
• Strong experience managing multiple cases simultaneously and following up on time-sensitive requirements.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills when dealing with candidates, agencies, attorneys, and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation management.
• Experience supervising a team or managing case-processing operations is preferred.
• Willing to work a night-shift schedule and onsite, if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare professionals throughout their U.S. immigration journey from initial case assessment to final placement.
• Manage and track individual immigration cases, ensuring required actions, documents, and milestones are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate petition filing, visa processing, credential evaluation, licensing, and other pre-deployment requirements.
• Work closely with candidates and external partners to address documentation issues, case concerns, and processing delays.
• Review case progress and identify potential issues that may affect timelines or deployment.
• Establish organized case-tracking systems and ensure timely follow-ups on pending requirements.
• Coordinate the handoff of candidates between recruitment, immigration, credentialing, and deployment stages.
• Provide management with regular updates on case volume, progress, pending requirements, and deployment readiness.
• Guide and manage team members handling healthcare immigration and case processing.
• Ensure proper documentation, confidentiality, and consistent implementation of established case procedures.
