Job summary

GH Premier Review Center is seeking an Admin Assistant to ensure smooth state licensing and immigration processes for Filipino nurses deployed to the U.S. You will manage licensing renewals, support immigration requirements, and coordinate with government agencies, recruiters, and legal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of admin/HR experience, with a willingness to learn U.S. healthcare staffing requirements and to work a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of admin work, HR, or recruitment support.
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare staffing & state requirements or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Managing state licensing applications & renewals for deployed nurses.
