You will oversee recruitment, endorsement, petitioning, credentialing, licensing, and final deployment, coordinating with multiple teams to meet timelines. The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare staffing or deployment, leadership experience, and onsite work willingness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, deployment, or workforce operations.
• Experience handling healthcare professionals, preferably nurses or allied healthcare workers.
• Knowledge of petition processing, credentialing, licensing, compliance, and healthcare deployment procedures.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end candidate placement and deployment process.
• Experience coordinating with multiple teams, candidates, and clients.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience in managing or supervising a team is required.
• Willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end staffing and deployment process of healthcare professionals for U.S. placements.
• Oversee candidate progression from recruitment and endorsement through petition, credentialing, compliance, and final deployment.
• Monitor the status of candidates and ensure timely completion of required documents and deployment requirements.
• Coordinate with recruitment, credentialing, petition, and deployment teams to ensure smooth candidate processing.
• Review candidate qualifications and documentation for completeness and compliance with client and U.S. requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates, clients, and internal teams regarding deployment timelines, requirements, and concerns.
• Identify and resolve delays or issues affecting candidate processing and deployment.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on staffing and deployment status.
• Lead and monitor the performance of the staffing/deployment team and ensure assigned targets are achieved.
