GH Premier Review Center Inc. seeks an Immigration and Deployment Manager to lead end-to-end deployment operations from candidate readiness through successful placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in immigration processing, international recruitment, deployment, mobility, visa processing, or related operations.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong experience handling visa, immigration, documentation, and deployment processes.
• Strong knowledge of document compliance, case tracking, and process coordination.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with U.S. healthcare recruitment and deployment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end deployment process from candidate readiness through successful placement.
• Establish and monitor deployment timelines and ensure candidates complete all pre-deployment requirements.
• Coordinate medical, licensing, credentialing, documentation, travel, and other deployment requirements as applicable.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of candidates' immigration and deployment status.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, Documentation, Operations, and overseas partners to ensure smooth candidate transitions.
• Address candidate concerns and deployment issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Lead, supervise, and support the Deployment team.
• Assign workloads and monitor completion of immigration and deployment tasks.
• Establish clear team priorities, timelines, and performance expectations.
• Conduct regular status reviews and ensure timely escalation of critical cases.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members on immigration and deployment processes.
• Ensure immigration and deployment activities follow applicable laws, regulations, client requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records.
• Prepare regular reports on visa/immigration cases, deployment status, pending requirements, delays, and successful placements.
• Monitor process gaps and recommend improvements to reduce delays and improve candidate experience.
