Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in healthcare, medical or industrial sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requests.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience and professionalism when interacting with customers.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to satisfy customer needs; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via telephone, email and other channels with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information on physiotherapy, occupational therapy and rehabilitation equipment.
• Process customer orders, quotes and service requests accurately and timely.
• Document all customer interactions in the company's database systems.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and resolve logistics-related issues for clients.
• Liaise between customers and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services and policies to provide accurate guidance.
• Contribute to team targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
