This full-time role supports patients and healthcare clients with empathy, clear information and professional service. You will handle inquiries about services, appointments and billing, document interactions, and escalate complex issues while upholding privacy standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or call centre, healthcare preferred.
• Excellent communication and empathy to explain healthcare info clearly.
• Multitask and manage multiple inquiries while maintaining quality.
• Proficiency with computer systems and MS Office.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology is desirable.
• Willingness to work shifts and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and compassion.
