Gratitude Philippines is hiring for a US Healthcare Account in Taguig. This onsite role requires shifting schedules and a patient, service-oriented approach to assisting customers with benefits, eligibility, claims, and billing concerns. The ideal candidate has BPO experience, strong English communication, and a focus on accuracy and care.
