Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues; provide clear solutions.
• Document all interactions in the support system with accuracy.
• Escalate complex problems when needed to ensure resolution.
• Meet targets for call handling, CSAT, and first-call resolution.
• Stay updated on products and systems through ongoing training.
