Job summary

R1 RCM in the Philippines is hiring Healthcare Customer Service Representatives for QC. You will deliver excellent patient service by educating them on balance billing, payment processing, and eligibility verification.

This onsite role requires a 2-year or associate degree (diploma preferred) and at least 1.5 years of international BPO voice experience, with graveyard/rotating shifts. Benefits include HMO from day one and statutory benefits.

Qualifications

• Completion of at least 2 years bachelor's/associate degree (diploma is required).
• At least 1 year and 6 months of international BPO voice experience.
• Onsite work in QC with graveyard/rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on balance billing, payment processing and eligibility.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Coordinate with the doctor’s office to secure authorizations.
• Assist with appointment setting and patient follow-ups.
