Qualifications & experience

• Completed 2 years of college, preferably in Med Allied (BSN, Radtech, Med Tech, PT, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Respiratory Therapy)

• At least 1-year BPO voice experience in customer service, preferably healthcare

• Alternate profile: College graduate of a diploma course with at least 10 months of BPO voice experience in customer service.

• Ability to work in an on-site setup in Cubao, Quezon City

• Flexible with graveyard and rotating shifts.
