Job summary

Carenet Health in Makati is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Client Implementation to lead onboarding and transition of U.S. healthcare client programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive projects from discovery through go-live.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, HIPAA/PHI compliance, and the ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget. Night shift aligns with US time zones; reporting to the Makati office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in PM in BPO/shared services or similar.
• Experience onboarding or transitioning client programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and transition projects for U.S. healthcare clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to define scope, objectives, timelines and dependencies.
• Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, RAID and status reports.
• Drive project execution to meet scope, schedule, budget and quality.
