Cognizant Softvision, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Insurance Support Specialist to assist customers, claimants, providers, and insurance carriers. You will handle inquiries, gather documentation, and support claims and policy processing with precision and compliance.

Role requires at least 6 months BPO experience (healthcare preferred) and strong English communication. Onsite work in Skyrise Bldg. 4, Cebu City is expected.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience preferably in healthcare.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries from claimants, providers, and insurance carriers via phone and email.
• Provide policy, claims, and service information while resolving customer concerns.
• Gather, review, and document information to support claims, underwriting, and policy processing.
• Conduct client assessments and coordinate services with relevant stakeholders.
• Update records, maintain accurate documentation, and process transactions across multiple systems.
• Perform quality assurance checks and ensure compliance with service and performance standards.
