Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams in healthcare initiatives, gathering requirements, documenting processes, supporting solution design, and ensuring successful delivery through testing and validation.

You will contribute to SDLC and Agile ceremonies, perform data analysis with SQL, and collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA Analysts, and Project Managers to ensure solutions meet regulatory and business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
Experience as a Business Analyst in software development or system implementation projects.
Experience in Healthcare, Healthcare Technology, Revenue Cycle Management, or related healthcare domain.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
Create and maintain BRDs, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, and Use Cases.
Develop User Stories and Acceptance Criteria; perform gap analysis and root cause analysis.
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and develop/test plans; participate in various testing activities.
Track defects, validate data with SQL queries, and analyze API integrations (JSON/XML).
Provide input on UI/UX improvements and communicate updates and risks to stakeholders.
