Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, business or healthcare informatics.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in software development or system implementation projects.
• Healthcare domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Create and maintain BRDs, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, Use Cases, and User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Perform gap analysis and root cause analysis to identify business needs and solution opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, QA Analysts, and Project Managers.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Participate in functional, regression, integration, and system testing activities.
• Track, document, and manage defects throughout testing.
• Validate data using SQL queries and ensure accuracy of system outputs.
• Analyze and support API integrations, including JSON and XML.
• Provide input on UI/UX improvements and ensure solutions meet user expectations.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with objectives and regulatory requirements.
