Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our healthcare IT team. You will bridge business needs and technical implementation, document BRD/FRD, and support UAT and sprint activities.

You'll analyze workflows in healthcare IT, collaborate with QA, development, and project management, and ensure regulatory alignment. A BSCS or BBA is required, with strong communication and SDLC knowledge; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
• Create and maintain BRD, FRD, and User Stories.
• Collaborate with QA, development, and project management to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Conduct process analysis and propose optimization strategies for healthcare IT workflows.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Participate in sprint planning, review meetings, and UAT sessions.
• Create mockups, workflows, and wireframes as needed to support requirement clarity.
• Support change management and impact analysis.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards and healthcare best practices.
