Job summary

PwC ITFT Consulting Services seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team in providing consulting services for healthcare-related business applications. You will gather requirements, map data, and help design data-driven solutions to optimise client operations.

You will work with stakeholders and technology teams to translate needs into functional specifications and support dashboards using Power BI or Tableau aligned to KPIs.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong exposure to US Healthcare domain (Claims, Membership, Provider, Enrollment, Benefits).
• Hands-on SQL expertise.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Define business processes and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technology teams to define data requirements, mappings, and transformation logic.
• Perform data discovery, querying, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting of large healthcare datasets (claims, eligibility, provider, etc.).
• Document functional requirements, data definitions, lineage, and business rules for analytics and reporting.
• Support development of dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or Tableau aligned to business KPIs.
