MicroSourcing is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Healthcare for an onsite, dayshift position in Ortigas, Pasig City. The role focuses on accounts receivable, billing accuracy, and customer communication to ensure timely payments.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable ledger and ensure timely collections.
• Contact customers by phone, email, or mail to collect payments.
• Create and send accurate invoices per billing policies.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and apply cash receipts.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to resolve payment disputes.
• Provide AR reports and forecast cash inflows.
• Support month-end and year-end closing with required AR data.
• Assist auditors with requested documentation.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce DSO.
• Handle customer inquiries on billing and update records in Admin Console.
