MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig City is seeking a Healthcare Representative to manage accounts receivable, monitor invoices, and contact customers to ensure timely payments. The role includes invoicing, bank reconciliations, and collaboration with sales and support teams to resolve billing issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable ledger to ensure timely collection of invoices.
• Contact customers by phone, email, or mail to ensure timely payments and resolve inquiries.
• Create accurate invoices and send to customers per billing schedules.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and apply cash receipts.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve payment disputes and support cash flow.
• Prepare AR status reports, aging analysis, and cash inflow forecasts.
• Support monthly/quarterly/year-end closing with AR data and documents.
• Assist audits with necessary documentation.
• Recommend improvements to collection processes to reduce DSO.
• Handle inbound calls/tickets for billing changes via Admin Console.
• Liaise with data teams on billing data inquiries.
• Raise internal tickets for refunds to finance processing.
• Check transaction queries for disputed in-app orders (PayChoice).
