Optum Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist members with healthcare benefits, eligibility, claims, and related inquiries.

You will educate members on programs and benefit options, help them select providers, and coordinate with internal teams. Onsite work in Makati with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Fresh graduates or experienced professionals are welcome to build a rewarding career in a global health organization.

Competenze

• College graduates welcome to apply, with or without BPO experience.
• High school graduates must have at least 24 months of BPO experience.
• Senior high school graduates or 1st year college undergraduates must have at least 12 months of BPO experience.
• 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year college undergraduates must have at least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
