Job summary

The CodeBox Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a strong, hands-on technical lead to own the systems behind our fast-growing outbound sales operation. This role connects CRM, telephony, client platforms, payments, APIs, reporting, and automation into one reliable system, and requires you to both build and own.

You will implement integrations, onboard new brands, coordinate with client developers and third-party providers, and ensure system reliability from requirements to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems integration, CRM, or contact center tech.
• 2–3 years hands-on with APIs, webhooks, CRM platforms, and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, webhooks, and system workflows.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining integration code and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain integrations between CRM, telephony, client platforms, payments, APIs, and dashboards.
• Build and maintain APIs, webhooks, automation, and data flows across systems.
• Onboard new brands/clients and coordinate with client developers and providers.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, log, and ensure system reliability from development to production.
