Job summary

The CodeBox Inc. is seeking a systems integration professional to own end-to-end integrations across CRM, telephony, client platforms, payment flows, APIs, reporting, and automation, forming a single reliable system.

You will design, build, test, and own solutions from requirements to production, collaborating with operations, client developers, and third‑party providers, and you will guide future technical resources as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in systems integration, technical operations, CRM, software integrations, or contact center technology.
• At least 2-3 years hands‑on experience working with APIs, webhooks, CRM platforms, and third‑party integrations.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, webhooks, and system workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms and automation.
• Experience with VoIP, telephony, dialers, or contact center systems.
• Ability to write and maintain integration code using Node.js, Python, PHP, or a similar language.
• Comfortable working with databases, logs, APIs, and cloud‑based platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills; strong English communication; ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end integrations across CRM, telephony, client platforms and APIs.
• Develop, test, deploy, and monitor integration solutions with reliability.
• Collaborate with operations, client developers, and vendors.
• Onboard new brands and clients; scale with team growth.
• Monitor logs, data flows, and system health; troubleshoot issues.
