Job summary

Smart Suites is seeking a Systems Implementation Lead - Chief Information Officer to drive technology transformation within the company. This pivotal role requires hands-on experience in leading SaaS platform implementations and managing integrations, specifically with Mews PMS, Akia, and SiteMinder, alongside Zoho tools.

The successful candidate will transition into a permanent technology leadership position, owning the entire technology stack and enabling AI deployment across all business functions. This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines with a focus on independence and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Has experience with SaaS platform implementation end-to-end.
• Skilled in integrating multiple SaaS platforms.
• Must create and manage a project plan from scratch.
• Must understand hospitality operations to configure systems effectively.
• Able to work independently without close supervision.
• Can communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be interested in the application of AI tools.
• Shows an ownership mindset throughout the project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Mews, Akia, and SiteMinder to go-live.
• Assess current implementation status and gaps within 30 days.
• Manage integration vendor relationships and ensure accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement of technology systems post go-live.
• Lead AI deployment across all business functions.
