Job summary

Lhoopa is seeking a Chief of Staff to help the COO translate priorities into action across the organization. This senior operator will bring structure to ambiguity, keep teams aligned, unblock problems, and ensure commitments stay on track.

The role works closely with the CEO and senior leaders, running the COO’s operating rhythm, aligning across functions, and driving high-impact projects that span departments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years operating at a senior level in a fast-moving or operations-heavy organization.
• Experience working closely with executive leadership and influencing senior stakeholders across functions.
• A track record of turning broad direction into structured, measurable execution.
• Strong judgment and the confidence to challenge, clarify, and elevate when necessary.
• The ability to move between strategy and detail without losing sight of either.

Responsibilities

• Turn the COO’s priorities into clear plans, owners, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from initial direction through execution and closure.
• Run the COO’s operating rhythm, including weekly priorities, leadership meetings, decisions, and follow-through.
• Identify where work is getting stuck, bring the right people together, and move issues toward resolution.
• Maintain visibility across critical company priorities and elevate risks before they become bigger problems.
• Work closely with the CEO, SVPs, VPs, and functional leaders to keep information and decisions moving.
• Represent the COO in selected meetings and discussions when needed.
• Lead high-priority projects that may not sit neatly within one department.
• Prepare clear leadership updates and internal communications.
• Manage analysts, coordinators, or project resources as the role evolves.
