Qualifications

• Graduate in Communication, Journalism, Media, or related fields.
• Extensive experience in Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing management.
• Luxury retail or PR agency background is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic PR, communication, and advertising plans aligned with luxury positioning.
• Identify trends to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, merchandising, and marketing for publicity and media promotions.
• Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and industry insiders.
• Prepare and distribute press releases and media pitches.
• Coordinate media interviews, shoots, briefings, and exclusive content.
• Maintain media/influencer/vendor databases and outreach for special occasions.
• Craft content for press releases, features, and internal communications.
• Ensure all content reflects luxury image and quality standards.
• Develop and manage advertising and media plans.
• Monitor advertising performance and budget; analyze market trends.
• Forecast and manage budgets; evaluate effectiveness.
• Oversee clipping reports and campaign performance.
