Job summary

Elite Translations is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and build a high-performing sales organization.

This leadership role focuses on strategic and hands-on management of B2B sales, client relationships, and team leadership to achieve ambitious targets. On-site collaboration in Ortigas, Pasig City is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales and business development, preferably with leadership experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong experience in B2B sales, business development, and account management.
• Experience coaching and developing a sales team.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with revenue targets.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve goals.
• Establish sales targets, KPIs, and action plans.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, partnerships and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and account management.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure follow-through on opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Management to meet client requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance and provide forecasts and recommendations.
• Develop strategies to improve client retention and upselling opportunities.
• Establish and maintain sales processes and best practices.
