Job summary

Elite Headhunting Incorporated is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive in Pasig to grow our client base for recruitment and staffing services. You will identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and present tailored solutions to meet hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or client acquisition is preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, manpower services, HR consulting, or executive search is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and develop business relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and outbound sales activities.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of meeting sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM or sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for recruitment, staffing, and executive search services.
• Prospect potential corporate clients across industries via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and client visits.
• Identify key decision-makers including HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Business Owners, and Company Executives.
• Present and promote recruitment and staffing solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements, workforce needs, and business objectives.
• Prepare sales proposals, service agreements, and quotations in coordination with management.
• Negotiate service fees, recruitment terms, and commercial agreements with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with recruitment team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and delivered.
• Monitor sales pipelines, follow up on prospective accounts, and maintain accurate client records.
