Job summary

Cebu Landmasters, Inc. is seeking an AVP – Sales to provide strategic leadership across projects by guiding the frontline sales organization and broker network.

You will set the direction for sales strategies, shape policies, and optimize frontline processes to deliver strong results in real estate developments, hotels, and resorts. You will report to the FVP – Sales and coordinate with Marketing, Business Development, and other SBUs to align launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role (Senior Manager/Head/AVP level).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and execution of strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Directs, mentors, and motivates frontline sales teams, brokers, and agents to maximize productivity and achieve sales goals.
• Establishes and strengthens relationships with broker networks and agents, ensuring consistent engagement, alignment, and performance.
• Provides direction in the design and implementation of customer relationship management strategies to drive client acquisition, satisfaction, and retention.
• Oversees the design and rollout of sales promotions, events, investment forums, and roadshows at national and international levels.
• Ensures alignment of sales strategies with Marketing, Business Development, and other SBUs to optimize project launches and promotions.
• Conducts high-level market intelligence and competitor analysis to anticipate trends and shape proactive sales strategies.
• Reviews, recommends, and implements policies, systems, and processes to enhance the efficiency of frontline sales operations.
• Prepares and delivers executive-level sales performance reports and insights for Mancom/Execom.
• Represents the company in high-level client, broker, and industry engagements to strengthen brand presence and market influence.
