Cebu Landmasters, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Head of Business Development to lead end-to-end project development and commercialization across sales, leasing, investments, and redevelopments.

You will drive business development, conduct financial and economic modeling, and produce data-driven executive reporting to CLI's Execom and Mancom, ensuring regulatory compliance and cross‑department alignment with Design, Engineering, Finance and Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Business Development leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project development and commercialization across sales, leasing, investments and redevelopments.
• Drive business development, conduct financial and economic modeling, and govern core pre-development deliverables for successful project launches.
• Prepare data-driven executive reporting and ensure regulatory compliance and cross-departmental alignment with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Sales & Marketing.
