Job summary

Cebu Landmasters, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Officer to drive growth for our Palawan real estate projects. This full-time role offers opportunities for career advancement and a dynamic, collaborative work environment.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of real estate sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with the local market. CRM fluency and a self-motivated, results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in real estate or property development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer service track record.
• Familiarity with the local real estate market and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Attainment of quarterly and annual sales target.
• Growth of licensed seller’s network.
• Strategic planning and execution of sales activities (quarterly/monthly).
• Manage sellers and buyers’ feedback and data to inform sales initiatives.
• Coordinate with Team Leads/SBUS and other departments.
• Review market and conduct competitor scans as needed.
• Deliver trainings and product presentations.
• Initiate roadshows and investment opportunities (International/National/Virtual).
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing during project conceptualization.
