Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Master’s degree in Economics/Business Management/Management Engineering or equivalent.
Responsabilités
- Identifies and evaluates new business opportunities, such as joint ventures, land acquisitions, and partnerships; aligns with the Company's objectives.
- Leads in contract negotiation and coordinates with Legal, operations, leasing, and other teams to finalize agreements.
- Coordinates with Legal to provide documentary requirements for land development.
- Manages acquisition of permits and licenses for project development.
- Evaluates properties for future development and feasibility; leads planning & development.
