Job summary

Oleo-Fats, Inc. (OFI) seeks a Business Process Associate to optimize and execute diverse business processes.

You will report to the Sales Control and Business Process Head and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows and drive improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and meet business goals. You will execute and document processes, analyze data, and support training while ensuring strict compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field required.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective written and verbal communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day business processes according to SOPs and document steps for reference and training.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data on process performance; identify trends and anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process execution and address inquiries.
• Identify bottlenecks and contribute ideas to process improvement projects; help implement changes and evaluate impact.
• Participate in training sessions and assist in onboarding new team members on process execution best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines; conduct audits and address discrepancies.
