Job summary

RAM Food Products Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory adherence across BFP, DENR, LLDA, DOLE, and FDA. You will coordinate inspections, audits, and certifications, and implement internal policies aligned with government requirements.

The role requires 2–3 years in compliance, safety, or environmental management, with SO3 and PCO training. FMCG experience is essential. You will train staff and maintain accurate records of permits and licenses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of at least a 4‑year course (any field).
• Must hold Safety Officer 3 (SO3) accreditation under DOLE standards.
• Must have completed Pollution Control Officer (PCO) training and be duly certified.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of work experience in compliance, safety, or environmental management.
• Prior exposure to regulatory agencies such as BFP, DENR, LLDA, DOLE, and FDA is highly preferred.
• Experience in FMCG Industry is a must!

Responsibilities

• Oversee adherence to BFP, DENR, LLDA, DOLE, and FDA requirements.
• Monitor compliance status and submit timely reports.
• Develop, update, enforce internal compliance policies.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, and certifications.
• Train employees on compliance and safety.
• Identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain records of permits, licenses, and documents.
• Act as liaison with government agencies.
