Job summary

Cebu Pacific Air invites a seasoned Procurement Head to lead the Digital Technology Office, shaping technology category strategy and end-to-end sourcing in a hybrid Pasay setting. You will partner with IT, Legal, Finance and business units to translate complex requirements into sourcing and contracting strategies, while negotiating favorable terms.

This leadership role drives supplier performance, risk management and continuous improvement, enabling sustainable growth and value for the airline

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement or related field.
8+ years of procurement experience with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role.
End-to-end category management experience including strategy, sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation.
Experience managing technology, digital, IT, or complex indirect procurement.
Knowledge of SaaS procurement, licensing, renewals, pricing, SLAs, and vendor risks.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to align IT, Legal, Finance, and business units.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Own and drive category strategy with roadmaps for reliable, cost-effective supply.
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into sourcing and contracting strategies.
Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives and supplier pipelines.
Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, SLAs, renewals, and change management.
Drive supplier performance, risk management, and continuous improvement programs.
