Job summary

Inland Corporation, based in Manila, is seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to manage end-to-end purchasing, supplier onboarding, and contract negotiations. The role requires strategic oversight of procurement operations, cost controls, and cross-department coordination to ensure timely material availability.

The candidate will drive process digitalization, supplier performance reviews, and budget adherence while mentoring the procurement team and collaborating with Finance on cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years procurement experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, fleet management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, supplier management, contract negotiation, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with operational objectives.
• Manage end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, bidding, negotiation, and contract administration.
• Identify, evaluate, and accredite suppliers for quality, reliability, and compliance.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and long-term contracts with vendors.
• Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with departments for timely procurement.
• Oversee procurement of fleet-related parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure timely procurement of office, IT, and facilities materials.
• Analyze procurement spend and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
