Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/BA/Industrial Eng or related field.
• Certification in business analysis (CBAP/CCBA/PMI-PBA) or Agile/Scrum is an advantage.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in IT/technology delivery.
• Experience on enterprise tech projects including system integrations and APIs.
• Familiarity with airline systems (PSS, revenue management, cargo, loyalty) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate detailed business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Create BRDs, functional specs, use cases, user stories, and data mapping documents.
• Lead requirement validation sessions and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support test strategy and user acceptance testing with test scenarios and defect documentation.
• Identify gaps, improvements, and align requirements to platform roadmap.
