Job summary

TDCX Philippines is seeking a Procurement Lead to optimize sourcing and supplier relationships across IT, Marketing, Travel, and events. You will coordinate with end users, review purchase requests, and approve POs in SAP, driving value and governance in our global operation.

You will lead the Procurement specialists, initiate annual vendor evaluations, and submit spend analyses and performance reports. The role requires 3–5 years in procurement, a relevant degree, and strong negotiation and

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college; associate or diploma courses accepted.
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree holder of accountancy/finance or any related course.
• At least 3–5 years working experience in local Procurement.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques and strategies.
• Must have strong negotiation skills and good communication.
• Has knowledge and background with PEZA.
• Minimum of 2 years in a lead/supervisor capacity.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or D365.

Responsibilities

• Sources possible vendor per assigned commodity: IT, Marketing, Travel, Engagement and events.
• Handle insurance requirements of the company (Property insurance, CGL, etc).
• Coordinates with end user/requester for requirement planning.
• Identifies Vendor per approved requirement plan.
• Reviews approved PR.
• Performs Requests for Information (RFI), Request for Quotation (RFQ).
• Approves Purchase Order in SAP.
• Initiate annual vendor evaluation.
• Submit Vendor Performance report.
• Submit Spend Analysis report.
• Check, review and approve vendor documents for accreditation.
• Manage and supervise Procurement specialists.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management.
