Job summary

You will manage global purchase requisitions and orders, ensure data integrity across cost centers, and resolve e-invoicing errors in the ERP.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, collaboration across international time zones, and continuous system improvements.

Qualifications

• Procurement, purchasing, accounts payable or P2P experience.
• Experience with ERP purchasing modules and e-invoicing platforms.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or shared-service environments.

Responsibilities

• Process global procurement requests in centralized systems.
• Create and maintain purchase requisitions and orders in ERP with proper coding.
• Manage a global request queue and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Log issues and drive permanent resolution with IT and ERP teams.
