2GO Group in Pasay is looking for a Procurement Systems & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the transformation of procurement into a smarter, agile function. You'll champion digitalization initiatives and optimize processes to deliver lasting value across the organization.

Expect to develop procurement strategies, lead governance, and drive continual improvement efforts. Ideal candidates have substantial procurement experience, technology expertise, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in procurement, with exposure to governance, strategic sourcing, or process improvement.
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
• Experience in ERP systems and procurement technologies is an advantage.
