Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a Director of People Operations to lead core HR operations, data governance, and compliance for a 1,800+ team across the Philippines and international markets. You will own master data integrity, onboarding, contract and rate documentation, benefit delivery, and statutory labor compliance.

You will build and manage an 8–12 person operations team, publish SOPs, enforce two-person input controls, and partner with Global Payroll and Finance during regional expansion to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 7–10+ years HR experience with 3+ years in leadership roles in HR operations/shared services.
• Experience with multi-country HR operations and DOLE statutory reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding workflows with 100% Day-1 readiness.
• Manage contract, NDAs, rate addendums, and promotion letters.
• Oversee exit clearances and timely COEs within 3 business days.
• Oversee HMO enrollments, renewals, and medical claims processing.
• Lead salary banding, market benchmarking, and annual compensation review cycles.
• Ensure DOLE, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG reporting compliance and data privacy.
• Own master data accuracy in Pulse and Deel; enforce two-person input controls.
• Deliver monthly HR operations leadership reporting (headcount, attrition, leave).
• Lead regional expansion HR standards for Malaysia, Vietnam, and others.
