Job summary

We Connect HR Solutions OPC is seeking a seasoned Group HR leader to shape strategy, governance, and policies across subsidiaries in the Philippines. You will drive organization design, workforce planning, and succession for family-owned holdings while ensuring statutory compliance.

The role requires extensive HR leadership across multiple industries, expertise in salary structuring, and oversight of payroll and HR analytics.

Qualifications

At least 10 years in the Human Resources field.
At least 8 years in a managerial position.
Experience establishing family corporations and holdings.
Extensive experience across industries (food & hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, agriculture).
Knowledgeable on salary scaling and training.

Responsibilities

Lead group HR strategy and governance across subsidiaries.
Draft and harmonize group HR policies and contracts.
Oversee organization design and workforce planning for the group and subsidiaries.
Design and implement succession planning for key and family roles.
Implement performance management frameworks and leadership development programs.
Develop group compensation philosophy and pay structures; oversee payroll filings.
Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and separations.
Lead HRIS selection/implementation and multi-entity reporting.
