You will partner with country leadership to build organizations and ensure rigorous, data-driven people decisions across hiring, onboarding, employee relations, governance, compensation and benefits, retention, performance, engagement and learning & development.

• 15+ years of HR leadership experience with multi-discipline oversight (audit, compensation & benefits design, policy setting/redesign).
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive programs.

• Design and monitor People policies and processes for the country.
