Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Business People Enablement, Capability & Workforce Management Lead in Manila.

The role focuses on creating an employee-centered workplace, leading people operations, and coordinating workforce capability and management initiatives for Operations. Key duties include onboarding/offboarding support, office logistics, budget management, trainer oversight, and engagement programs to ensure staffing readiness and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in HR operations, office administration, or shared services is required.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Administration, office logistics, and culture initiatives.
• Manage budgets, procurement, travel, and vendor relations.
• Coordinate Training & Capability Development and Workforce Management activities.
• Plan workforce capacity, staffing plans, and operational readiness for the organization.
• Lead Trainers and SMEs, ensuring onboarding and training delivery.
• Oversee client/executive visit management and site readiness.
• Drive engagement, feedback collection, and culture-building initiatives.
