The role demands a data-savvy leader who can forecast demand, manage capacity, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining customer-centricity in a global SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in workforce management within a high-volume support environment
• Proven success in implementing workforce optimization strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Operations Research, Business Strategy, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement workforce management strategies aligned with operational needs and growth
• Forecast workforce requirements using predictive analytics across multi-channel product support
• Develop dashboards for real-time visibility into workforce utilization and SLAs
• Lead and mentor a high-caliber workforce management team
• Collaborate with technology and operations teams to optimize platforms and processes
• Drive automation and innovative scheduling to improve cost efficiency and service levels
