Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Workforce Management for Product Support to lead strategic vision and operational execution of workforce planning in a high-volume support environment.

You will align staffing with dynamic business needs, SLAs, and cost efficiency through analytics and KPI-driven leadership. The role requires 4–6 years in workforce management with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in workforce management within a high-volume support environment.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Operations Research, Business Strategy, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement sophisticated workforce management strategies aligned with operational needs and growth objectives.
• Forecast workforce requirements using predictive analytics for staffing across multi-channel product support functions.
• Anticipate workload trends and adjust capacity planning frameworks accordingly.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards providing real-time visibility into workforce utilization and SLA adherence.
• Lead and mentor a high-caliber workforce management team and partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
• Spearhead automation and optimization of scheduling and workload distribution.
