This role blends strategy with execution in a fast-paced environment, working with global stakeholders and coordinating with Operations, HR, and Support teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Operations Leadership or senior management.
• Experience in a US-based solar company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
• Drive execution of key initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, Support) to keep everything running seamlessly.
