Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Operations Automation Lead to drive intelligent automation and change delivery in Custody Change. You will own requirements, design frameworks, and coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline processes and deliver business value.

You will mentor team members, engage stakeholders, and ensure governance while leveraging low-code platforms to improve operational efficiencies across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering project management, intelligent automation, and business analysis.
• Strong governance and ability to manage multiple commitments across a varied workload.
• Advanced Python and API configuration skills.
• Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath; deep automation understanding.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage delivery of change management initiatives across multiple projects.
• Create and maintain project documentation including business cases and plans.
• Provide governance and program structure up to executives.
• Analyze requirements and define automation solutions aligned to strategy.
• Lead end-to-end automation engagements: requirements, design, build, test, deploy.
• Mentor teammates on automation tools and potential training curricula.
• Track OKRs/KPIs with stakeholders to quantify automation benefits.
• Collaborate with technology to enable low-code automation infrastructure.
