Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Operational Excellence Expert for its GSC Manila operations. The role drives performance improvement, governance, service fulfilment, and digital transformation using data-driven insights and First Choice methodologies.

You will partner with leaders to strengthen capability, ensure SOP compliance, and deliver sustainable improvements across the organization, with a focus on resilience and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operational excellence, quality management or related area.
• Experience with data analysis, stakeholder facilitation, problem solving and improvement projects.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps or advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive governance, process maturity and performance improvements across GSC Manila.
• Identify risks and gaps; lead governance reviews and implement CAPA actions.
• Develop data-driven insights using Power BI dashboards and reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and build operational excellence capability.
