Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in PHP, Java, C#, Python; SQL and web tech (HTML/CSS) and Android development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms.
• Familiarity with system architecture, database design, and integration strategies.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, engineers, and IT specialists.
• Oversee project teams and ensure adherence to project management disciplines.
• Plan, develop, and execute IT solutions and software development projects.
• Collaborate with business leaders to design customized IT solutions.
• Develop architectural frameworks and ensure scalability and security of solutions.
• Guide technical aspects of development and integration and ensure policy adherence.
• Ensure change and release management processes are followed and records kept.
