Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Operations Automation Lead in the Custody Change team to drive intelligent automation initiatives and oversee change management. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and collaborate across stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.

The role requires leading multiple projects, coaching teams, and delivering training on workflow automation while aligning with enterprise standards and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Project management, intelligent automation, and business analysis (or equivalent).
• Excellent project management skills (initiation, control, governance, tracking).
• Solid understanding of software development principles.
• Advanced skills in Python and API configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath; ability to conceptualize design framework.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support strategic operational and business strategy across operations teams.
• Create and maintain project documentation (business cases, project plans, reports).
• Provide governance and program structure with updates to executives.
• Analyze and define solutions against objectives and priorities.
• Lead all aspects of process automation engagements (requirements, architecture, development, testing, deployment).
• Identify and manage the automation strategy with stakeholders and technology partners.
