All About People Consulting is seeking an Operations Head to oversee the performance of restaurant branches across its brands. The role provides strategic direction, leads the operations team, and drives improvements in service, quality, and efficiency.

The successful candidate will ensure branches adhere to company standards, food safety regulations, and SOPs while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in multi-branch restaurant operations and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant branches.
• Monitor KPIs, sales, costs, and profitability across locations.
• Lead Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Branch Managers.
• Ensure SOPs, food safety standards, and quality across all branches.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing and Procurement for seamless operations.
